Our history

We started with a small team in 2002, where our goal was to offer traditional housing with the highest quality and, our top priority, affordability. After many years of work and experience, we have realized that the current construction system is not satisfactorily meeting the needs of the market and, for this reason, we believe that a change is necessary.

Experience

When we mention experience, we refer to more than 47,000 square meters built in national and international territory, among them very different, but with a pattern that makes them similar: the pollution at the time of construction, the high investment price, the excessive consumption of drinking water and the long months of waiting to deliver the finished project, among many other things.

Construction

Construction is essential for people’s quality of life, but it must evolve in order to be able to offer this same quality to the entire world population and not just a percentage of it. It is for this reason that, for the last 3 years, we have been working on a new project that will allow us to industrialize sustainable, affordable, quality and design construction.

Don't you think that we still need to evolve in the construction sector?

We have gone from a cable telephone to a satellite telephone, from a paper map to Google Maps, from taking notes in a notebook with a pen to typing them on a laptop, from analog clocks to digital clocks, to artificial intelligence, but we have not yet found a construction system that allows decent housing, which respects the environment and reuse to all those who need it.
